GRC Onsite

Our client, a large GCC enterprise in the UAE, is seeking a Mid-Level GRC Onsite professional to support and strengthen its enterprise Security landscape on a contract basis. This role is ideal for a consultant with hands-on Governance, Risk, and Compliance experience who can work closely with business and technology stakeholders to ensure secure, compliant, and well-governed access across critical enterprise systems. The position offers an attractive monthly package of AED 15,000-20,000 and the opportunity to contribute within a high-visibility regional environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day GRC operations, user access governance, Segregation of Duties analysis, risk mitigation controls, and security compliance activities. You will collaborate with functional, technical, audit, and internal control teams to review access requests, monitor rule sets, support remediation initiatives, and help maintain robust security processes aligned with organizational policies and regulatory expectations. Experience in enterprise Security environments, strong documentation capability, and confidence working onsite with cross-functional teams will be essential. • 4-7 years of experience in ERP Security and GRC, with strong onsite delivery capability in enterprise environments • Hands-on experience with access governance, Segregation of Duties analysis, firefighter/emergency access, and risk remediation processes • Proven involvement in at least one end-to-end ERP Security or GRC implementation, rollout, or support engagement • Relevant certifications preferred, such as SAP GRC, SAP Security, CISA, CISM, or equivalent governance/risk/compliance credentials • Strong understanding of user role design, authorization concepts, compliance controls, audit support, and security process documentation • Experience working with large GCC enterprise clients, with awareness of regional governance standards, stakeholder expectations, and professional communication norms • Ability to coordinate effectively with business users, IT teams, auditors, and internal control functions in a structured onsite environment • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a disciplined, confidential, and client-focused approach
