GRC - Offshore

We are seeking a senior GRC - Offshore professional to join a major GCC enterprise supporting complex governance, risk, and compliance initiatives across a large-scale business environment in the UAE. This contract opportunity is suited to an experienced consultant who can work effectively in an offshore delivery model while maintaining strong alignment with regional business expectations, compliance priorities, and enterprise transformation goals. The successful candidate will play a key role in the design, configuration, support, and enhancement of GRC processes, helping the client strengthen controls, streamline risk management activities, and improve audit readiness. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, security teams, and project leadership to translate compliance and governance requirements into practical system-based solutions. The role will also involve incident analysis, process optimization, documentation, testing, and support across implementation and post-go-live activities. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a high-visibility programme within a large GCC enterprise where enterprise-grade standards, stakeholder engagement, and delivery quality are critical. You will be expected to bring strong ERP GRC expertise, structured problem-solving capability, and the ability to operate confidently within cross-functional and geographically distributed teams. • Senior-level experience in ERP GRC delivery, support, or implementation within large enterprise environments • Proven hands-on experience with GRC modules/processes including access control, risk analysis, compliance monitoring, and audit support • Relevant ERP/GRC certification preferred, with recognised credentials in governance, risk, compliance, security, or ERP controls considered highly advantageous • Demonstrated experience in at least one full lifecycle GRC implementation, upgrade, rollout, or major enhancement programme • Strong understanding of segregation of duties, user access governance, internal controls, and enterprise risk management frameworks • Ability to gather requirements, prepare functional documentation, support testing cycles, and coordinate effectively with technical and business stakeholders • Experience working with GCC or large regional enterprises, with strong appreciation for stakeholder management, professionalism, and culturally aware communication • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and remote collaboration skills, with the ability to deliver reliably in an offshore contract engagement model
