• 1-3 years of experience working with SAP MDG or closely related SAP master data management environments • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or a related discipline • Exposure to SAP MDG implementation, support, rollout, or enhancement projects within enterprise environments • SAP certification in SAP S/4HANA, SAP MDG, SAP Data Management, or a related SAP functional area is strongly preferred • Understanding of master data governance concepts, data quality controls, workflows, validations, and approval processes • Familiarity with core ERP data domains such as Business Partner, Material, Supplier, Customer, or Finance master data • Ability to support testing, documentation, issue resolution, and coordination with functional and technical stakeholders • Strong communication, professionalism, and stakeholder management skills suited to large GCC enterprise cultures and cross-functional teams
