Delivery Lead - DT

We are seeking a Delivery Lead - DT to join a large GCC enterprise in Abu Dhabi on a contract basis, leading strategic program delivery within a high-profile transformation environment. This role is ideal for a senior program management professional with proven experience overseeing complex ERP and digital transformation initiatives at enterprise scale. You will act as a key delivery leader, ensuring programs are executed with strong governance, clear stakeholder alignment, and measurable business outcomes. Working within a sophisticated, multi-entity enterprise setting, you will partner with executive stakeholders, business leaders, technology teams, and external delivery partners to drive successful program execution. The client operates in a dynamic regional environment where structure, pace, and stakeholder management are critical, making this a strong opportunity for someone who understands the demands of large GCC organizations and enterprise-wide change. Key responsibilities include leading end-to-end program planning and delivery, managing timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and vendor performance, and ensuring alignment between business objectives and technology execution. You will establish governance frameworks, track delivery milestones, provide leadership reporting, and guide cross-functional teams through transformation phases with a strong focus on quality, control, and value realization. • Proven experience in a Lead or Principal-level delivery role managing large-scale ERP, digital transformation, or enterprise program portfolios within complex organizations • Strong background in end-to-end program management, including governance, planning, budgeting, RAID management, dependency tracking, and executive reporting • Demonstrated success delivering enterprise implementations across multiple business functions, entities, or geographies, ideally within large GCC enterprises or government-linked environments • Recognized project or program management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, PgMP, or equivalent, with ERP transformation credentials considered highly advantageous • Experience managing system integrators, third-party vendors, and cross-functional internal teams to deliver against scope, quality, and timeline commitments • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence C-level leaders, business sponsors, and technical teams in high-visibility environments • Strong understanding of enterprise transformation controls, change management principles, and benefits realization within structured corporate environments • Regional experience in the GCC preferred, with cultural awareness, executive presence, and the ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-accountability enterprise settings
